No. Packages do not include airfare. However, our conference website has listed what’s included in your package, www.caribbeanisrael.org. Packages include:

• Airport Transfers (Large Group Arrivals only)

• Hotel Accommodation: Arrival – October 12th/Departure – October 22nd

• Daily Buffet Breakfast and Buffet Dinner

• Two-day Conference Access – October 13th -14th

• Complete Tour Package

Each participant is responsible for making their own travel arrangements and purchasing their airline tickets.

The packages differ based on the category and standard of hotel accommodation included.

Yes. Child rates are structured as follows:

• Ages 0–2: USD $300 (Covers the cost of a crib in the hotel room for the duration of the stay.)

• Ages 3–10: 40% of the full package rate

• Ages 11 and over: Full package rate applies

Participants who select the shared-room package are responsible for choosing their own roommate and must inform us of their selection. If you are unable to secure a roommate, you will be required to select the individual room package.

Yes. If you later identify a roommate, your package rate can be adjusted accordingly.

No. We offer flexible payment options, including:

• One-time full payment

• Installment plans of up to six (6) months

All payments must be completed by July 15, 2026.

Lunch is not included in the package. Breakfast is typically substantial and offers a wide variety of options. Guests are encouraged to carry snacks or may purchase lunch independently during free time.

No. All payments are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your package to another person of your choosing at no additional cost.

If your travel dates differ from the official tour dates, please contact us directly. A prorated package rate may be available based on your adjusted itinerary.
